Matt started diving over 20 years ago as a student at the University of New Hampshire. What started as scientific diving soon became much more “commercial-style” diving as the work changed. A summer of working on the UNH open ocean aquaculture project 6 miles off the coast of New Hampshire carrying out daily underwater maintenance and many other underwater projects setup Matt for future dive work. Now almost all of the diving is of the commercial-style including search and recovery of lost items, vessel cleaning, wheel clearing, zinc maintenance, mooring work, and many other miscellaneous jobs.
